Applications

Unit Specific Applications

Allow tenants to select a unit with their application request. This will show them the availability of the unit and will pre-select their requested unit during the move-in process.

General Applications

If tenants don't know or don't have a preference of which unit they rent, they can submit a general application request. This allows you as the property manager to select the unit that you believe would be best for them at the move-in process.

Collect payment during application process

Collect money from your tenants before they even move in! You can charge them for things such as a security deposit, first months rent, etc. at the end of the application request process. When you approve the application and move in the tenant, these transactions will be attached to the new tenant in the system.

Confirmation Emails

After receiving a application the system can automatically send a confirmation email to your new tenant. This email is completly customizable and can be used to send your tenant a personalized thank you, movein instructions, or other important information. The system can also be configured to send an automated email a set number of days before moveout to thank your tenant and to provide them with final moveout instructions.
